Ingredients
- 2 Cups liquid whole egg
- 2 Cups milk
- 300 G hash brown potatoes
- 150 G black olives, chopped
- 150 G green peppers, diced
- 150 G red peppers, diced
- 130 G shredded cheese
- 1 Tsp garlic granules
- ¼ Tsp salt
- ¼ Tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together potatoes, green and red peppers and olives.
- Blend in liquid egg, milk, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture into baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350°f for 45—50 mins or until the frittata reaches an internal temperature of 165°f (74°c).
- Cut into squares and enjoy.
