- 1 Rich’s Fully Baked Rustic Flatbread 12 x 5 Oval (Product Code: 13162)
- 75 g prepared custard
- 70 g sliced strawberries
- 65 g blueberries
- 75 g blackberries
- 35 g raspberries
- Icing sugar, to garnish
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on baking sheet; bake just until warmed through.
- Spread with custard. Arrange berries on top. Dust with about 1 tsp (5 mL) icing sugar before slicing and serving.
